Refund policy
Exchange and Returns
If you are not fully happy with the accessory items for you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in resalable condition, with original tags and packaging. You have the option of exchange or return in the form of store credits or gift cards. For the bespoke and made to order items are not eligible for exchange and returns as they were made according to the client's measurement.
We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. Any item that has been altered cannot be exchanged or refunded. The difference will not be returned if the price of the exchanged item is lower than the original item.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit after deduction of the total bank transaction fee and all shipping costs, including complimentary shipping cost (If applicable) will be counted as per tariff automatically be made in the form of a gift card.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@wwchan.com for an exchange form and enclose the completed form with your order to:

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to our Hong Kong store.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All shipping costs, including complimentary shipping cost (If applicable) will be counted as per tariff. If you receive a refund, all shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service. We do not take any responsibilities for loss or damage in shipping.
